To get the most out of TL/TD review and project team’s feedback, please follow these three steps:

• Make sure people have access to the deliverable. If it’s a keynote deck, collaborate it in a way that anyone with a link can open it. The same goes for Google Docs or other tools you’re using.
• Record a short video walkthrough of the deliverable. Nothing fancy, but 2-3 minutes of you onboarding people to your idea will save you dozens of Slack pings. Tools like Loom or OBS work wonders here.
• Give people enough time to read through the materials and provide their output. You can go one step further and give them a heads-up (“I’ll send you the workshop report by tomorrow EOD, can you please review it on Fri?”)
