Empowering an elite partner network

The World’s Most Famous Arena wanted a more transparent and efficient way to serve its high-profile partner network.

Recognizing the need for better access to creative assets and campaign data, the organization sought a centralized solution that could streamline operations while preserving Madison Square Garden’s renowned reputation.

Lift in cross-partner engagement 17%

The team remained flexible throughout our engagement and really pushed us (in a good way) to make the best product possible.

The power of partners

Madison Square Garden “strives to be great, practice integrity, and maintain transparency, both internally and externally, every day.”

True to this statement, MSG wanted to develop a tool to better serve their partner community. When you are a partner of MSG, you are also a member of an elite club that gets you unprecedented access, premier opportunities and much more.

We quickly discovered the users’ needs and identified ways a digital product could improve processes and truly add value. Once clear goals were established, we moved swiftly to define the requirements for what would become MSG’s Partners Platform.

In addition to being a powerful B2B network, the Partners Platform operates as a central repository for creative assets, making it much easier to locate what you need, when you need it. Centralized asset management also helps maintain brand consistency across MSG’s network and products. Complete with campaign case studies and results, the Partners Platform provides a historical view that helps advertisers forecast expected future performance.

Upon launch, we attended the MSG Partner Summit to introduce the Platform and help train new users to get the most out of the tool.

This project was executed by our US team, formerly known as ETR. The company was acquired by Infinum in 2023.
