We usually make Quarterly planning sessions where we review the project roadmap and team size needed, which is what helps us to plan upscaling and downscaling. Of course, we are aware that shifts happen, so you can always contact your PM and explain the needed changes.

We offer two pricing models for team augmentation services. In the Dedicated team pricing model, the budget is fixed, but the scope remains flexible. It is perfect for long-term projects requiring steady support and the development of new features, as well as projects requiring various skills and expertise. In the Time and materials pricing model, the price depends on the number of hours that go into the production, so we recommend it for short-term projects of limited scope. We ensure real-time input and complete transparency of the project burndown and financials on Productive and provide you with time entry export each month before sending the invoice.
