Business Development Representative
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A self-driven, goal-oriented Business Development Representative to help us expand our network, build relationships with prospective clients, and create new business opportunities for Infinum.
The Business Development department is the first point of contact between the client and our company. Our goal is to earn their trust, understand their business challenges, and explain how Infinum can build digital solutions to solve them. We work with clients across various industries and parts of the world, from the US to Europe.
Our team consists of 16 people across five locations: Croatia, Slovenia, the Netherlands, the UK, and the US. We work closely with Solution Architects, Product Strategists, and Product Owners, who often join us in our efforts to acquire new clients.
Within Business Development, we have a specialized Outbound team focused on lead generation, from strategy to execution. We create new opportunities and build the top of the sales funnel through networking, events, meetups, and targeted outbound campaigns that promote Infimum’s new services, highlight our expertise, and showcase our work. Many of these efforts are carried out in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Outbound team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients through outbound prospecting. This includes researching target markets, generating leads, reaching out via email and LinkedIn, and scheduling and conducting introductory meetings that help grow our sales pipeline.
Experience in SaaS is welcome, but familiarity with digital agency processes and services would be a strong advantage. Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, or call center environments is also considered a plus.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, goal-oriented, and has strong written and verbal communication skills. To succeed in this role, you need to be proactive, persistent, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience
a final-year student or recent graduate of economics, marketing, communications, sociology, or a related field, or a full-time employee with at least one year of relevant work experience
strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
attention to detail and meticulous approach to maintaining accurate CRM records and client documentation
proven experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and lead nurturing activities and processes
familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn campaigns, and similar CRM, prospecting, and sales automation tools
ability to quickly learn and confidently communicate new technologies, services, and offerings
highly adaptable to changing priorities and strategies, paired with a proactive mindset and a willingness to contribute new ideas
excellent command of both written and spoken English
collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams
Bonus points
a general understanding of the technology landscape and a genuine interest in following industry trends

Lead Generation Campaigns
leading and managing outbound campaigns targeting specific markets and industries
researching target accounts and booking a predefined number of meetings
collaborating with the Business Development Director (BDD) or the Business Development Manager (BDM) to plan and organize trips for in-person meetings

CRM Management
managing Business Development processes in HubSpot and Productive, maintaining data hygiene at the highest level
nurturing leads generated through marketing campaigns (e.g., landing pages, industry promotions)

AI-Powered Outbound
identifying and evaluating AI tools and solutions that can streamline and enhance outbound team processes
executing lead generation campaigns leveraging a defined AI toolset to improve targeting, personalization, and outreach efficiency
developing and producing high-quality cold outreach content and sales collaterals using AI-assisted workflows
contributing to building an internal knowledge base of AI best practices, prompt templates, and reusable assets for the outbound function

Market Analysis, Research & Reporting
conducting market, industry, and account research to identify trends and opportunities
analyzing findings and sharing insights with the Business Development team to support decision-making and campaign planning

You solve a couple of psychological tests that usually include personality tests, logical sequences, and performance and concentration tests, which give us an insight into your character, capacities, and aptitudes.

Final interview
You talk to the Business Development Director, Business Development Executive, and VP of HR. You get a deeper insight into the position and our expectations, while we get the opportunity to ask you more specific questions.
