Challenge
As a digital production partner, we were tasked with creating an immersive digital experience for the launch of the adidas Nite Jogger sneaker, aiming to drive traffic to both in-store and e-commerce platforms.
Solution
Designed, animated, built, and implemented an iPad application that brought to life, inside a bespoke 3D world, the role the new sneaker could play in an always-on lifestyle.
Outcome
In just four weeks, through a partnership with JamJam, we created an immersive retail experience that generated buzz for the Nite Jogger and increased engagement for adidas in Foot Locker stores in Liverpool, London, Rome, and Cologne.
Launching an experience,
not a sneaker
As the digital production partner to JamJam – the creative agency leading the retail concept for adidas Foot Locker – we created an immersive digital experience for the launch of the Nite Jogger sneaker.
The challenge was to visualize the role of the sneaker designed for the around-the-clock lifestyle of sneakerheads.
Designing for those who are always-on
The Nite Jogger is designed for people who know it’s never too late to pursue their vision. The brand experience created for those whose dreams come alive at night had to extend beyond the physical sneaker and feel as a part of their always-on world.
Experiencing the new adidas Nite Jogger
In under four weeks, we conceptualized and designed the experience, modeled the portal and the 3D world in which the experience takes place, as well as all animations and animated textures.
An iPad application was sent to various locations for the launch. To ensure a seamless experience and peace of mind, the app was designed to allow updates and issue fixes to be pushed out in the event that changes were needed.
