The People & Culture (P&C) team is part of our HR department, dedicated to supporting our people, strengthening our culture, and improving how we work. We work closely with team leads, management, and the entire HR department to create a consistent, transparent, and meaningful employee experience from their first day through every step of their journey.

Qualifications & expectations
- currently pursuing a Master’s degree in psychology
- strong organizational skills and the ability to balance flexibility with personal responsibility
- proactive, solution-oriented mindset with critical and creative thinking capabilities
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, including openness to provide and receive constructive feedback
- high emotional intelligence and an active commitment to creating a positive team atmosphere
- curiosity and eagerness to learn
- genuine interest in the cultural and “fun” side of HR, such as organizing events and cultural activities
- fluency in Croatian and excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, AI tools) for administration and communication
- previous HR experience is a plus

Your responsibilities
- providing administrative and logistical support throughout the onboarding and offboarding process
- preparing reports, collecting data, and helping track action points for various P&C initiatives
- coordinating and executing the operational aspects of internal events and cultural activities, including celebrations, team moments, and fun & games
- supporting P&C Specialists and the P&C Manager in their work with Team Leads and individual contributors
- managing administrative tasks such as maintaining handbooks, updating internal tools, and organizing internal groups and communication channels
- contributing to processes related to employee experience and engagement, including preparing, distributing, and analyzing employee surveys
- assisting in the day-to-day operations of key P&C programs such as Performance Management, Recognition, Perks & Benefits, and other internal projects
- collaborating with teams across the HR department to ensure smooth, consistent, and meaningful processes across hiring, onboarding, development, and internal communication
The selection process
01
First interview
You talk to the HR person leading you through the selection process. You get to know Infinum, your potential future team, and the position, while we also get to know you. During this step, we’ll give you a live assignment to assess your thought process and skills better.

Online testing
You solve a couple of psychological tests that usually include personality tests, logical sequences, and performance and concentration tests, which give us an insight into your character, capacities, and aptitudes.

Final interview
You talk to the VP of HR, the P&C Manager, and a P&C Specialist whom you haven’t met during the earlier selection process. You get a deeper insight into the position, our expectations, and our team, while we get the opportunity to ask you more specific questions.

Offer
All going well, in this stage we send you the offer, which includes all the information about your employment at Infinum, from salary to perks and benefits.
