WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

An enthusiastic and organized psychology student passionate about creating a positive work environment and helping people thrive.

The People & Culture (P&C) team is part of our HR department, dedicated to supporting our people, strengthening our culture, and improving how we work. Our employees have voted us Best Employer eight times, and we’re committed to keeping Infinum a place where everyone feels engaged, supported, and satisfied.

Our team includes a P&C Manager and P&C Specialists, all with 8+ years of experience at Infinum. If you want to learn, grow, and see how strong company culture is built day to day, this is the team to learn from.

We see ourselves as a bridge between business goals and the everyday experience of the people who make them happen. We help with onboarding and performance management, recognition and well-being initiatives, team events, and everything in between. As Infinum grows beyond 400 employees, we’re here to make sure our culture grows with us and remains true to our values.

We work closely with team leads, management, and the entire HR department to create a consistent, transparent, and meaningful employee experience from their first day through every step of their journey.
