A social media enthusiast who loves creating engaging content and is always up-to-date with the latest trends.
Join Infinum’s marketing team representing a rapidly growing collective of 400+ experts worldwide. As a Content Creator, you will create content that stops thumbs mid-scroll, help build and execute social media plans, and nurture our brand across major channels.
Who are you? You’re passionate about social media and great content. You know what’s trending and what kind of content performs well on different social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You’re confident in front of a camera and want to become a pro at creating and editing eye-catching photos and videos with just your smartphone. You’re excited about being the voice of the brand, racking up followers, and building online communities. You want to gain valuable experience in working in a multidisciplinary marketing team. To top it all, you’re interested in design, digital products, and technology.

Qualifications & Experience
- knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook, their algorithms, and best practices
- experience with shooting and editing photos/videos for social media using a smartphone
- familiarity with tools for mobile content creation/photo and video editing
- passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and emerging technologies
- strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
- familiarity with social media management tools is a plus
- excellent command of English and Croatian, both written and spoken

Your responsibilities
- collaborating with the rest of the team to develop and implement social media content
- creating and editing engaging social media content using a smartphone
- serving as a voice of the Infinum brand on social media, ensuring brand voice consistency across platforms and campaigns
- identifying opportunities for engagement, growth, and brand visibility on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok
- coordinating Infinum’s social media presence, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and building relationships with our online communities
- research competitors, industry trends, and market needs to stay ahead and help deliver content that drives engagement and conversions
The selection process

First interview
You talk to the Recruitment Specialist leading you through the selection process. You get to know Infinum, your potential future team and position, while we also get to know you.

Take home assignment
Designed to show you the kind of tasks you will meet regularly and to give you a better insight into the position itself. It also gives us an insight into your skills and experience with relevant technologies.

Online testing
You solve a couple of psychological tests that usually include personality tests, logical sequences, and performance and concentration tests, which give us an insight into your character, capacities, and aptitudes.

Final interview
You talk to the VP of Marketing, Marketing Manager, and Recruitment Specialist. You get a deeper insight into the position and our expectations, while we get the opportunity to ask you more specific questions.

Offer
All going well, in this stage we send you the offer, which includes all the information from salary details, vacation days, and educational budget, to other perks and benefits of working at Infinum.

we use
Capcut
Capcut is a tool that helps you cut, trim and edit videos. You will be using it in post-production for the content that we share on social media platforms.
Instagram is one of the biggest social media platforms in the world. With over 2BN monthly active users, it’s a go-to network for individuals and brands from all over the world.
LinkedIn is a business-oriented social media which aims facilitate networking among professionals, companies, and institutions.
Tik-Tok
TikTok is the fastest growing social media network in the world, designed for creating, editing, and sharing short videos.
Productive
We use Productive for time tracking, budgeting, and project management. It helps us to have all information in one place.
Notion
A tool that blends several everyday work apps into one. We use Notion to keep all campaigns, assets, and collaterals organized in one place.
Slack
We use Slack for work and fun. It’s our go-to tool for maintaining sanity both in the office and remotely.
