PROJECT INFO
The cost of looking like everyone else
Accessiway is a SaaS platform with human-led services, helping European businesses build accessible digital solutions. Where the competition offers a widget, Accessiway offers continuous partnership – with people with disabilities as practising specialists.
By the time they came to us, they were already an established force in their field. Years of serious work had earned them the clients and the credibility.
What they lacked was a brand that communicated any of it – and in enterprise sales, that gap has a cost. Accessiway were losing deals before a conversation could even start.
The immediate ask was a rebrand. The real goal was to be recognised as the European authority in digital accessibility – a premium platform trusted by enterprise buyers whose brand finally matched the depth and conviction of the work behind it.
TAKING CONTROL OF THE NARRATIVE
The insight that changed everything
Accessiway employs people with disabilities because those people are the foremost experts in the field. The distinction between performing accessibility and practising it was the most powerful differentiator in the category. It just had never been treated as one.
We made it the strategic foundation of the brand transformation.
Brand purpose with a job to do
Accessiway’s new brand purpose – “Building a better digital world for all” shifted the narrative toward a belief that accessibility, done right, changes the experience of being in the world.
Confident, partner-oriented language replaced the compliance-speak the category defaults to, treating enterprise buyers as peers with a shared goal rather than organisations afraid of getting it wrong.
FIRST MONTH OUTCOMES

Stronger AI brand presence
65%
Jump in organic traffic
45%
65% stronger AI brand presence across LLMs
Most brands don’t know how AI describes them to prospects. We do – and we used that expertise to Accessiway’s advantage.
We used our Brand Delta Analysis to audit their AI presence across the tools their enterprise buyers rely on most, and turned the findings into strategic and content decisions.
The result: a 65% improvement in how Accessiway is perceived, described, and surfaced across LLMs.
I usually don’t like working with agencies, but this team changed my mind. They took the time to deeply understand our brand, and every deliverable has substance in both content and visual language.
As someone obsessed with meaningful, story-driven content, I’m very, very, happy with the results.Diana Rabba

Design system built to adapt, just like accessibility itself
Accessiway was losing enterprise deals because the brand read as a startup. The design system had one specific job: make Accessiway look like the enterprise partner they already were.
One system, intentionally premium
The visual language, named “One System, Many Realities,” pairs warm serif letterforms with the clean utility of Archivo – humanity and technical precision in deliberate tension.
Flexibility by design
Modular shapes expand and adapt, mirroring how accessibility itself functions.
Humanity in every frame
Documentary-style photography of real people replaced sterile stock entirely.
Your Majesty’s biggest value for us is clarity. We always know where we are, what’s been delivered, and what’s next.
Compared to other agencies I’ve worked with, their structured communication and visible progress are miles ahead.Rebecca Pakin

The brand finally catches up with the work
Within a month of launch, organic traffic was up 45% and booked demos had jumped 600%. The work was featured across several leading design publications. Accessiway’s team finally had a brand worthy of the work they had been doing all along.
This project was led by Your Majesty, Amsterdam’s award-winning creative agency that became part of Infinum in 2025. The original case study can be read here.
