Infinum has officially joined the OpenAI Partner Network – a new global program connecting enterprises with partners who can take AI from strategy to measurable outcomes.
The OpenAI Partner Network launched last month with a clear thesis: the bottleneck for enterprise AI is execution.
Identifying the right use cases, integrating with existing systems, managing organizational change at scale – that’s a challenge for small businesses and enterprises alike, and that’s where experienced partners, like Infinum, come in.
OpenAI is investing $150 million to build the partner ecosystem, with a goal to certify 300,000 AI practitioners globally by the end of 2026.
We moved quickly. The Partner Network launched last month, and we prioritized getting our application in early – a process that meant a technical assessment and a demonstration of real AI expertise. Our AI & Data Engineering team and solution architects pulled together the evidence: production use cases, technical documentation, and proof that we could deliver.
That work secured our spot in the network, and our first course of action was starting with certification programs designed to help our teams talk about, build, and deploy with OpenAI.
Our Partnerships Director Željko Plesac has already become a certified OpenAI Consultative Solutions Practitioner – and more certifications are planned across the company. For him, the value isn’t just in the badges:
OpenAI is central to the AI transformation conversation most of our clients are focused on right now. Being a recognized partner gives us closer access to their technology and roadmap – and gives clients confidence they’re working with a partner who takes AI seriously.
ŽELJKO PLESAC PARTNERSHIPS DIRECTOR, INFINUM
None of this is separate from what we already do.
Our AI & Data Engineering team has spent years delivering production-grade machine learning, computer vision, and LLM-powered products – alongside the data infrastructure that makes those products possible at scale. More recently, that work has extended into agentic systems: building AI that doesn’t just respond, but plans, acts, and integrates across complex workflows.
And as enterprises move from experimentation to serious adoption, we’ve developed an AI transformation consulting service offering to help organizations navigate that shift: assessing readiness, selecting the right tools, and building the internal capability to sustain it. Our AI transformation offering now runs the full arc, from strategy through implementation to lasting organizational change.
This partnership adds OpenAI’s frontier models, tooling, and roadmap directly to our existing stack – and a credential that carries weight in client conversations. And as the program matures, partners will be able to earn specializations in areas including AI agents and cybersecurity: two areas where Infinum and AMR CyberSecurity – Part of Infinum are already building depth.
Between the technical capability, the partner credentials, and the growing team expertise, we’re in a strong position to support clients who are serious about making AI work.
