After being named one of North Macedonia’s Best Employers, Infinum Macedonia is taking the next step in strengthening its workplace culture by joining the Macedonian Human Resources Association (MHRA) as a corporate member.
MHRA is the leading professional HR network in the country and an equal member of the European Association for People Management (EAPM). Becoming part of this community reflects our commitment to building better workplaces not just within Infinum, but across the local tech and HR ecosystem.
It’s part of the ongoing work we do every day. Taking care of our people, listening closely, and trying to be a little better than we were yesterday.
From recognition to responsibility
When the Macedonian team joined Infinum in 2021, it clicked quickly. The values were familiar, the way of working felt aligned, and the sense of humor landed somewhere comfortably dark.
A few years on, that early spark has grown into a confident team that’s steadily raising the bar quietly, consistently, and in their own authentic way.
Building a strong culture is not about slogans or one-off initiatives. It’s about listening consistently, acting responsibly on feedback, and creating an environment where people feel respected, heard, and supported to do their best work. Conducting the Pulser employee satisfaction survey and joining the Macedonian HR Association are important steps in holding ourselves accountable to continuously investing in our people, leadership, and HR practices.

Listening as a habit, not a headline
Alongside joining MHRA, the Macedonian team also received the Company That Listens to the Voice of Its Employees recognition for voluntarily participating in the employee satisfaction survey, conducted by the country’s leading employment platform, Vrabotuvanje.mk.
This recognition reflects the company’s commitment to actively listening to employee feedback, addressing critiques and suggestions, and continuously taking concrete actions to improve the workplace. The focus is on building an empowering, fair, and safe working environment grounded in two-way communication, trust, and respect.
The survey is conducted via Pulser, a leading employee satisfaction measurement platform with over 18 years of experience, trusted by more than 490 companies and 60,000 respondents to help organizations improve the overall employee experience.
For the Macedonian team, these recognitions aren’t a finish line. They’re a reminder to keep doing the everyday work, showing up for our people, listening carefully, and taking feedback seriously.
That’s how we plan to keep growing: steadily, thoughtfully, and together with the people who make Infinum Macedonia what it is.
