Every startup founder imagines the perfect product — packed with features, beautifully designed, and ready to change the world. But too many fall into this perfectionism trap, spending all their resources on something users don’t really need.
Taylor Halliday, founder and CEO of Ravenna, an AI-powered helpdesk, takes the opposite approach. He believes in getting your ugly duckling MVP in front of customers early and proving real value fast.
This strategy, combined with deep founder–market fit, helped him raise $15M and build software that solves the challenges of modern internal support.
In a candid conversation with our host, Taylor shares hard-earned lessons that every early-stage team building in AI, SaaS, or operations tech should hear.
