After working as an HR consultant and in-house legal, she joined Infinum to support recruitment efforts. Since 2023, she’s been leading learning and development, an area she’s genuinely passionate about. As part of Infinum’s strategic Talent team, Ivna contributes to a range of people-focused initiatives, from hiring and compensation planning to internal improvements and professional growth across the company.
Iva Malešević
HR Strategist
Iva Malešević is an NLP trainer and strategist dedicated to developing healthy work cultures and communities. In Risan, she leads Malo Mjesto, a space for dialogue, learning, and collaboration, and through her involvement in ICT and educational projects, she explores how people and organizations evolve. She’s also the co-founder of the Burnout Society podcast.
Danijela Petović
Team Leader for People Development and Change Management, CKB Bank Montenegro
Danijela Petović leads People Development and Change Management at CKB Bank Montenegro, part of the OTP Group. A Certified HR Counsellor with international experience in recruitment, talent management, and organizational development, she holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Montenegro and a Master’s in HR Counselling from ELTE University in Budapest. Her career includes key HR roles at Societe Generale, KPMG Budapest, and Crnogorski Telekom, where she built a strong foundation in strategic HR and people growth.
Lidija Ivanović
Executive Director, OkTA Centar
Lidija is an HR consultant, trainer, and certified team coach who helps clients overcome challenges, drive growth, and achieve their goals through Organizational Transactional Analysis. At OkTA Center, she designs programs that develop individual and organizational potential, fostering work environments built on clarity, strong relationships, and shared purpose.
