He’s also a dedicated father of two, finding joy and balance in family life. Leo Mršić

Vice-Rector for Science and Research, Algebra University

Professor Leo Mršić is a scientist with a track record in managing projects related to the development of innovative digital solutions. He authored over 75 scientific papers and holds four international patents. He is a vice-rector for science and research at Algebra University, vice president for technological development and innovation at Croatia’s National Council for Higher Education, Science and Technological Development, and the Head of the Digital Transformation Center at the Public Research Institute Rudolfovo.

In this lecture, Leo will:

Present the solution he developed as part of the “Media Literacy Observatory for Active Citizenship and Sustainable Democracy” project  — an online platform for automatic sentiment analysis and detection of precursors of hate speech
