We are seeking a talented and empathetic UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UX Designer at Infinum North America, you will be instrumental in understanding user needs, translating them into intuitive and engaging digital experiences, and advocating for the user throughout the product development lifecycle. You will work closely with clients, product managers, visual designers, and developers to deliver impactful solutions across various platforms and industries.

Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, preferably within a digital product agency or similar fast-paced environment
- a strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects, including research artifacts, wireframes, and prototypes
- proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar
- solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- experience conducting various forms of user research and usability testing
- experience working on a website redesign project
- experience using UI kits and working with a design system
- excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- open to occasional travel when needed
- bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Bonus points
- experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2)
- experience designing apps and dashboards for various platforms (web, mobile, tablet)
- working knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and analytics
- familiarity with agile development methodologies

Responsibilities
- conduct user research through various methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies to uncover user behaviors, motivations, and pain points
- analyze research data and synthesize findings into actionable insights, user personas, and journey maps
- define user flows, information architecture, and navigation structures that are logical and easy to understand
- create wireframes (low-fidelity to high-fidelity) and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts
- collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and set design goals
- participate in ideation sessions and workshops to generate innovative solutions to design challenges
- present and articulate design decisions to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback effectively
- iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and technical feasibility
- stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design
- contribute to the continuous improvement of our agency’s UX design processes and methodologies
The selection process
01
First interview
You talk to the Designer and the HR person leading you through the selection process. You get to know Infinum, your potential future team, and position, while we also get to know you. We will discuss your projects in detail, including the design process setup and on feature, flow, and screen level. Our goal is to gain insights into your problem-solving approach on the UX and UI level.

Live assignment
Usually you talk to the Management or Head of the department, Team Lead, and an HR person. You get a deeper insight into the position and our expectations, while we get the opportunity to ask you more specific questions. During this step, we’ll provide you with a design assignment that mimics a real-life scenario you might face while working with us. This will give you an idea of the challenges you can expect and allow us to assess your thought process and quick thinking.

Team interview
You talk to the Head of Experience Design, joined by the US CEO. You get a deeper insight into the position and our expectations, while we get the opportunity to ask you more specific questions.

Offer
All going well, in this stage we send you the offer, which includes all the information from salary details, vacation days, and educational budget, to other perks and benefits of collaborating with Infinum.
