Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in B2B tech, software, or digital agencies
- a proven track record of expanding brand presence and driving growth across international markets
- strong understanding of marketing funnels, storytelling, and digital channels
- experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results
- sharp analytical and strategic planning skills
- experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
- excellent communication skills suited for global collaboration
- fluency in English, both written and spoken
Bonus points
- experience in positioning brands or services in the digital product or software development space
- previous leadership role within an IT or digital agency environment
- a strong network in technology, design, or media circles, especially in the U.S. or Western Europe

Responsibilities
- develop and execute a global marketing strategy that strengthens our brand, builds awareness, and generates demand across key markets: the U.S., the UK, and Western Europe
- define and communicate a clear value proposition that sets Infinum apart from other consultancies and agencies focused on digital transformation
- lead brand narrative and messaging efforts, ensuring consistency across all channels
- build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team
- oversee demand generation initiatives, from content, campaigns, events, to partnerships that connect with the right audiences
- collaborate closely with Executive and Business Development teams to align efforts and maximize ROI
- establish and track KPIs related to brand visibility, lead acquisition, and market perception
- supervise PR, thought leadership, and media partnerships to elevate Infinum’s global reputation
- stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in the tech and digital agency space, and know when to act on them

We get in touch with the contacts you’ve provided to learn more about your previous experience, work style, and professional strengths. This helps us confirm that Infinum is the right fit for you—and you for us.

Final Interview
Usually you talk to the Management, Team Lead, and an HR person. You get a deeper insight into the position and our expectations, while we get the opportunity to ask you more specific questions.
