A result-oriented Business Development Manager focused on developing and promoting new digital agency services and acquiring clients through outbound strategies.

The Business Development department is the first point of contact between the client and our company – we are the people our clients meet before becoming clients. Our goal is to earn their trust by understanding their business challenges and clearly explaining how Infinum can assist in creating the digital products they require. 

As a member of the Business Development team, you will collaborate and exchange knowledge with colleagues globally. Additionally, you will work with our New Services team, which focuses on developing and promoting services not yet part of Infinum’s standard offerings. Our current areas of focus are AI, Cybersecurity, Accessibility, and Sustainability. 

Together with the New Services team, you will create market approaches and sales strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to execute these strategies, typically involving outbound sales, upselling to existing clients, and networking at conferences and other events.


Qualifications & Experience

  • results-oriented individual with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • previous experience with developing and promoting digital agency services through diverse outbound strategies, including networking and lead generation
  • experience working in business development and B2B sales at a digital agency setup
  • thorough technical knowledge, familiarity with industry trends, and a passion for technology 
  • pragmatic, energetic, and reliable salesperson, able to make a great first impression and represent Infinum with a friendly personality
  • a drive to build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • excellent command of both written and spoken English

  • previous experience in a startup environment


Your responsibilities

  • identifying sales opportunities and targeting potential clients based on market and industry trends
  • acting as the main point of contact for clients, helping them solve problems and develop their ideas further by suggesting the best applicable solutions
  • establishing and implementing effective sales and outbound strategies to attract new clients and expand our market presence through networking, lead generation, and market research
  • preparing compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our capabilities and address the unique needs of potential clients
  • participating in internal strategy discussions in order to identify and leverage market and industry trends 
  • collaborating closely with our technical and Marketing team to understand client needs, customize offerings based on client requirements, and ensure alignment with industry trends and best practices
  • maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and revenue forecasts
  • providing feedback to New Services and Business Development teams on sales performance, market dynamics, client preferences, and potential areas for business expansion

We use Pitch to create beautiful decks and presentations. 


We rely on Mac’s iWork set of tools to create top-notch presentations.


To add that final touch to our official documents, we use Pages.

Google Workspace
