WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an addition to our Business Development team to manage business opportunities, build relationships, and help our clients get the best value for money.

The Business Development department is the first point of contact between the client and our company – we are the people our clients meet before becoming clients. Our goal is to earn their trust by understanding their business challenges and clearly explaining how Infinum can assist in creating the digital products they require, and we are seeking a new team member to join us in this mission. While experience in SaaS is appreciated, our current focus is on finding someone with a comprehensive understanding of digital agency processes and services.

The Business Development team at Infinum consists of ten people based in five locations – Croatia, Slovenia, New York, Chicago and London, and we work with clients across the globe. Our extended team includes eight Solution Architects, Product Strategists, and Product Owners who often join us in our efforts to acquire new clients.

Within Business Development, we have a specialized Outbound team that mostly focuses on Leadgen strategies and execution. We are focused on finding business opportunities through expanding our network and establishing and driving diverse initiatives. We also make sure we are active in bolstering our outbound funnel through various campaigns that support Infinum’s work and expertise. 

The Business Development Representative will join our Outbound team within the Business Development department. This role is responsible for finding, qualifying, and engaging potential clients through outbound prospecting efforts. This includes researching target markets, generating leads, and reaching out via email and LinkedIn to schedule meetings and grow our sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, goal-focused, and has strong written and verbal communication skills. To succeed in this role, they need to be proactive, persistent, and able to manage objections and multiple campaigns at once.

This role involves working closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams and reporting to the VP of Business Development.

Qualifications & Experience

a certain degree of technical knowledge and actively keeping up with IT trends on a general level

great presentation skills

being a fast learner, especially when taking in new technologies, services, and products

excellent command of both written and spoken English

Bonus points

having a proven experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and managing nurturing processes

familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn campaign management, and lead scoring methodologies

Your responsibilities

Lead Generation Campaigns

lead and manage outbound campaigns targeting specific markets and industries

research target accounts and book a predefined number of meetings

collaborate with Business Development Director (BDD) or Business Development Manager (BDM) to plan and organize trips for in-person meetings

LinkedIn Campaigns

run and manage LinkedIn campaigns, including preparing content for the BD team, setting up UTMs, and scheduling posts

collect post results from each BD team member and prepare a report at the end of each campaign

Competition Analysis, Research & Reporting

periodically analyze competition and execute research activities

share findings and conclusions with the Business Development team

HubSpot Management

manage Business Development processes in HubSpot, maintaining data hygiene at the highest level

nurture leads generated through marketing campaigns (e.g., landing pages, industry promotions)
