Business Development Director (DACH)
Remote
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
An experienced, proactive Business Development Director dedicated to building Infinum’s presence on the DACH market and acquiring new clients.
The Business Development department is the first point of contact between the client and our company – we are the people our clients meet before becoming clients. Our goal is to earn their trust by understanding their business challenges and clearly explaining how Infinum can assist in creating the digital products they require, and we are seeking a new team member to join us in this mission. While experience in SaaS is appreciated, our current focus is on finding someone with a comprehensive understanding of digital agency processes and services.
The Business Development team at Infinum consists of eleven people based in five locations – Croatia, Slovenia, New York, Chicago and London, and we work with clients across the globe. Our extended team includes eight Solution Architects, Product Strategists, and Product Owners who often join us in our efforts to acquire new clients.
Besides using our inbound funnel to add new clients to Infinum’s portfolio, we grow the business by expanding our network by attending different events and meetups, recognizing and opening new markets, and bolstering our outbound funnel through various campaigns and activities. We also closely work with our Marketing Team to refine client-facing materials, and promote the company, as well as its ventures.
