E.ON Hrvatska is the Croatian branch of one of Europe’s largest energy providers, supplying electricity and gas nationwide while supporting the green transition through solar solutions and EV charging.


As a young, fast-growing market player, they wanted their digital presence to reflect their commitment to innovation and customer care. But their mobile app told a different story.

Low app store ratings and a steady stream of customer support calls made one thing clear: the outdated experience didn’t match the energy of an ambitious, modern brand.

In 2025, E.ON Hrvatska partnered with Infinum to rebuild their mobile experience from scratch. The result is a modern platform that simplifies energy management for customers, enabling them to track gas and electricity consumption, submit meter readings, and manage their bills within a single, intuitive interface.

With a seamless user experience and self-service capabilities, the new app reduces pressure on E.ON’s customer support centre and solidifies their role as an innovative, sustainable, and customer-focused energy leader.

Blush Jewels, an Amsterdam-founded gold jewelry brand, sought our expertise to lead its brand transformation and go-to-market strategy to take on the German market.

To inform this brand positioning, we conducted in-depth interviews and garnered insights into women’s perceptions of jewelry and their shopping behaviors.

We distilled the essence of the company and brought it to life in one clear statement: “Real gold for every feeling.”

Sotheby’s took its auctions online as part of its ongoing digital transformation. They built an e-commerce website to handle the bidding and sales process and asked us to replicate their iconic collections catalog online to complement this.

‘A gallery of stories’ offers visitors a premium, digital catalog, an immersive story about each ‘lot’, bringing a feeling of tangibility that is otherwise lost whilst not being in the presence of its physical alternative.

Our impact has been strong, with 50% of the team adopting the new catalog and a 10% increase in clientele and stakeholder engagement.

Rottefella is a skiing and activewear brand with a Norwegian heritage. We were asked to showcase the many technical features of their new apparel collection while staying true to their outdoors legacy.

We designed and developed a scrolling narrative, mixing outdoor imagery and product photography. Garments were divided into sections, in which the user was invited to dive deeper to explore a range of features, including garment properties and finer design details.

A seamless eCommerce experience across desktop and mobile, resulting in a 200% traffic increase to the online store and introducing Rottefella’s activewear line to an international audience.

Despite rapid market growth, many consumers still find the idea of “smart homes” difficult to adopt. In an effort to educate consumers, Samsung invited us to create an interactive kiosk that could be tested as a communication platform in stores across the U.S.

An in-store experience that uses a mix of product content and illustrated videos to guide retail customers through three key acts, finally guiding the user to a sales representative.

The kiosks were installed in six retail locations and gathered engagement metrics to inform Samsung’s next steps in their communication strategy.

After starting life as a fast-growing and successful Kickstarter campaign, SmartThings became a Samsung subsidiary. Since its inception, the SmartThings brand ecosystem has grown organically, resulting in scattered and inconsistent brand messaging. With global expansion on the cards, we were hired to work as an extension of the brand and marketing teams.

We initially redesigned the brand identity, and in the 5 years that followed, delivered a series of brand and marketing programmes. This included a communication system, interactive retail fixtures, and a scalable online platform.

In the 12 months after the new brand and marketing rollout, US sales increased by 150%. The interactive retail fixtures were rolled out in over 2,000 stores across the US and UK.

Pre-pandemic, UK-based textile design firm, RMJ Studio, would meet its textile customers in person. When lockdown hit, the team didn’t let the pandemic stop them. They asked us to build an online tool that would allow them to continue doing business. 

We prototyped a tool that enables textile designers to organize, visualize, and securely share textile patterns online.

After just six weeks, RMJ put the MVP to the test with its customers, and after such positive feedback, SwatchEditor was born. Next, we built version 1.0, which also included a monetization functionality through Stripe.

When the pandemic hit, tradeshows were among the first events to stop. UK-based textile design firm, RMJ Studio, didn’t just want to stay put during the lockdown and applied for a UK grant to innovate itself out of the crisis.

RMJ asked us to define and build an online tool that allows textile designers to securely organize, visualize, and share textile pattern designs online, enabling them to continue doing business without being in person with their customers.

In a time when digital has taken on more forms and meaning in our lives, it has also become a necessity for the world of fashion. Today’s fashion experience needs to provide people with new ways to express their ever-changing identities while remaining environmentally conscious.

Together with The Fabricant, we researched and developed a breakthrough in digital fashion through an agile methodology. LEELA—a revolutionary way for everyone to explore their self-expression beyond what is physically possible.

The project went from idea to the first MVP in just six weeks. Within three days of launch, 600+ digital avatars and 1800+ digital looks were created and shared on social media. The project received worldwide media coverage and multiple design excellence awards.

FILA North America asked us to design an immersive website that brought to life a new outdoor-inspired clothing collection. The EXPLORE collection comprises four fashion stories: canyon, woods, mountain, and elements.

To echo the collection’s focus, we created a website that appeared minimal at first glance, progressively revealing visual effects and animations as the visitor explored the site further.

A creative design and engaging user experience that resulted in a 36% click-through rate to FILA’s e-commerce and multiple awards, including Awwwards Site of the Day, Mobile Excellence, and Developer Excellence Award.

Following rapid growth, Total Web Hosting Solutions’ (TWS) name and brand no longer reflected the vision for the business’s future — employees didn’t feel connected, and attracting the right talent was becoming increasingly difficult.

TWS teams align around a firm belief in unlocking new value for their customers, and their technical prowess helps make new possibilities possible. We merged these insights into a single brand positioning: Your Grounds to Build Online Possibilities. This inspired a new name, Your.Online. The transformation takes the brand from overtly technical to aspirational.

Using the visual metaphor of a blueprint, the identity tells the story of how Your.Online weaves together the web, while providing guidance. Thus positioning Your.Online is the ground for their teams and customers to scale their online ambitions globally. Results include a 100% increase in job applications and a 20% increase in M&A acquisition leads.
