A team player eager to take the lead in managing awesome digital products for companies around the globe.

A team of 20+ members in 6 countries communicating daily with people across the world. Our backgrounds are different, a bit of everything, from computer science and law, through business, management, and design, to philosophy and mechanical engineering. Projects we work on are even more versatile, coming from industries like fintech, health, telcom, entertainment, music, event, automotive and others.

We are included in all of the phases of the software development life cycle. Working with our clients & development teams, from the discovery phase, through wireframing, UI design, development and maintenance. 

Whether it’s scrum, waterfall or hybrid frames, you name it and we’ve probably used it (or are using it), working on more than 200 active and 400 delivered projects. We have never been anything other than agile.


Qualifications & Experience

3+ years of experience in project management

familiarity with mobile and web application development 

a technical background or very good understanding of IT

work experience in managing IT projects

experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Basecamp or other

a highly motivated person interested in managing software projects

excellent command of written and spoken English

pragmatism in problem solving and out-of-the-box analytical thinking

ability to synthesize information and prioritize business goals

responsibility and reliability

willingness to learn and work in a team

positive attitude towards work and new challenges

independent and goal-driven personality 

having a sense of urgency and attention to detail

being comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment


Your responsibilities

managing one larger project or several smaller ones

responding to clients’ requests and answering their questions

supervising and coordinating developers, designers, and testers

elaborating creative concepts with the team

managing projects using various project management tools

preparing project documentation

setting objectives in line with the clients’ needs – including project scope, time plan, and budget

selecting, leading, and motivating your project team

ensuring that the work is done on time, within budget, and to a certain level of quality

reporting regularly to management and the client

being fully responsible for the project’s completion

adjusting to rapidly changing technology and making decisions on the go

We use Productive for time tracking, budgeting and project management. It helps us to have all the information in one place.


On some projects, we also use Jira for product development/task management.


We use Slack for work and for fun. It’s our go-to tool for maintaining sanity both in office and remote.


Through the years we’ve built a vast repository of knowledge related to project management and agile methodologies.

Google Sheets

For all kinds of data analysis, weekly plannings, and keeping tracks od sprints, we use a lot of Google Sheets.

Google Meet

We often use Google Meet (or similar tools) for communication with our clients and remote colleagues.


We use InVision to communicate with both Designers, and clients in order to polish our designs.


Figma is used to create, test, and ship designs and communicate with all stakeholders to polish it to perfection.


We use Miro as a visual collaboration platform to share ideas and communicate across the team.
