Who are we
looking for?

& Experience
  • someone with a university degree in informatics, electrical engineering or computing, with interest in the business side of the project as well, or someone with a university degree in economics, with extensive experience in managing digital products
  • basic knowledge of analytics and AI
  • 3+ years of experience in defining or implementing digital projects
  • experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • understanding of safety, security, privacy and legal aspects related to digital products
  • experience delivering a couple of major product where you had the role of a Product Owner
  • experience working with project management tools like JIRA
  • ability to synthesize information and prioritize business goals
  • strong communication and presentation skills
  • ability to effectively communicate recommendations to a broad range of audiences including leadership, internal business clients and technical developers
  • ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment
  • independent and goal-driven personality
  • above-average decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • a high sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • a pragmatic problem solver and out-of-the-box analytical thinker
  • excellent command of written and spoken English
  • working in the mobility segment on projects mostly related to ML, AI, and analytics
  • identifying strategic opportunities for growth
  • taking ownership of the products leading their development
  • taking new product ideas from concepts to prototypes to the market – while keeping all stakeholders in the loop
  • help in defining product roadmaps, developing business cases and success metrics with the goal of making something desirable, viable and feasible
  • motivating the team, defining the product vision and setting goals
  • defining and writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • closely collaborating with UX & UI designers to define the best possible user experience
  • closely working with the team of Data Scientist and Data Engineers, Frontend, Backend, and QA Engineers
  • anticipating challenges, balancing the business needs and technical or operational limitations
  • driving day-to-day prioritization of work operations, projects, and scope; troubleshooting reported issues and escalating when appropriate
  • gathering customer feedback to validate that the product works against stated metrics

Tools we use

We use Productive for time tracking, budgeting and project management. It helps us to have all the information in one place.
On some projects, we also use Jira for product development/task management.
We use Figma for collaborating on designing our projects. It helps us to deliver value to our customers more efficiently.
On some projects, we also use Zeplin for easier communication and collaboration during projects design and implementation.
We use TestRail as a test case management tool so we can keep an eye on our projects.
We use InVision to communicate with both Designers and clients in order to polish our designs.
We use Slack for work and for fun. It’s our go-to tool for maintaining sanity both in office and remote.
Through the years we’ve built a vast repository of knowledge related to project management and agile methodologies.
